Summer, sun, cactus! In our small apartment "Familien Bude" in Kiel-Schilksee you immediately have a holiday feeling! Because: on the large balcony facing SW, you have sun all day! Directly at the marina you can walk on the promenade towards the beach. (Only about 100m from the apartment!) Restaurants, playgrounds, beach, ice cream parlour, fish sandwiches, cafés and a grocery store are in the immediate vicinity! It is designed for families with 1-2 (small) children!

Vacation home between the lakes

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The 1-room apartment, modernized in 2022, is located in the middle of the Schilksee Olympic Harbor. The terrace faces southwest into the countryside. In the apartment you will find a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a modernized shower room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 4 people. Linens, towels, hairdryer and the classic kitchen and bathroom utensils are at your disposal.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

The duplex apartment is located in a central location and is only a 15-minute walk from the train station and downtown. If you like to do sports, you can walk to the swimming pool in a 5-minute walk, and there is even a gym across the street. Within 200 meters, you will find all the shops of daily use. Nearby, a penny market, and if you need anything late at night, the REWE ToGo and Jet are open 24/7.
