In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. In addition to a filter coffee machine, there is also a Senseo coffee pad machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

You rent a modern and recently renovated apartment right on the center of the district Friedrichsort. Nearby there are various shops and restaurants. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the beach where are also the high ropes course "High Spirits", a mini-golf and a barbecue place. Bus stops to go into the city and a ferry to Laboe are also very close.

The southwest-facing balcony invites you to drink a glass of wine or two and enjoy the tranquility overlooking the Olympic Park. Take a walk at the marina on the promenade towards the beach and unwind. You'll soon realize that you've arrived on vacation.

The approx. 50 m² apartment offers a double bed, a crib and, if necessary, an additional sleeping option on the sofa.
