The apartment is located in an old factory by the fishing port, where fish are landed by local fishermen every day. Possibility to buy fresh fish by the fishermen, and can be barbecueed on the small terrace by the entrance. Nice apartment for the price.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment with a garden view has two rooms, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy endless walks on the beach, use the ferry to Laboe or Kiel, stroll through the sailing port, or eat a fish sandwich. Please note, that it`s a non smokers property, but you can easily smoke at the beach promenade.
