Beach cottage in Klövsjö

House with a private jetty and a view of Klövsjön and the ski slope. Here you live cozily with a fireplace, functional and spacious kitchen, most beds (6) distributed in two bedrooms on the upper floor. Slalom is only a few minutes away and cross-country trails are available both in the village and on top of Klövsjöfjäll. The hot tub is lovely and firewood is included in the rent. Ice fishing equipment is available. In winter, the road is plowed down to the house if necessary and a winter-equipped car is a prerequisite for getting around smoothly.

Cozy mountain cabin with direct access to the mountain

Large charming holiday home on the edge of the mountain with a lovely view of the Storsjö area. In the house, there are all the amenities that make the accommodation easy and pleasant. In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country ski trails as well as snowmobile trails in absolute proximity. During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it's nice to relax in the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

Gingerbread House in Mörsil

Modern & cozy cottage with all amenities and some luxury needed for a pleasant stay. Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skiing - where the cabin's sauna awaits after finishing the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise tracks and excursions. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (ICA), gas station (OKQ8), café is located in the village of Mörsil.

Welcome to our nice cottage in lovely Vemdalsskalet! Newly built with a perfect location near hiking and snowmobile trails that take you up the mountain. Walking distance to Skalet's square with bakery, shop & restaurants. You can reach the slopes in a few minutes by car. Here you live comfortably up to 8 people. Relax and enjoy in the hot tub & sauna after a day in the mountains. Light a fire in the fireplace and cook a good dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. South-facing balcony with Weber grill & seating furniture.

Fresh villa of 143 square meters

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. It sleeps 4-5 people with room for more. With soccer goals, countless footballs, trampoline and hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most in the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other small and good summer time. We moved in late 2020 so we dare say that the property corresponds to the vast majority of expectations you can have on a newly built house.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Located within a 30 minutes drive from Östersunds citylife and pristine wilderness of Oviken Mountains you find Bjärme lined up by forests and open fields. The cabin has a modern Scandinavian feel to it and you can literally enjoy the northern lights during the winters right on your doorstep. Next to the cabin, you'll find a private jacuzzi. For extra peace and relaxation, you can also book the wood-fired sauna — the perfect retreat for unwinding and enjoying tranquility.

A combination of a newly built Cabin (small house in the pictures), for 2 people, with big panorama windows with views over the Swedish mountains and a newly renovated, open Apartment with places for 6 people makes this a stunning location for up to 8 persons. It is close to the city centre, these homes provide a perfect place for winter and summer activities. The slopes are only 400 metres away, so you can ski all the way to the house ( at a certain snow depth).

Your Swedish Retreat

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Outdoor, adventure, wellness in Sweden

This house is fun for the whole family. A spacious house in the Swedish style. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2023. The sauna can of course also be used. Snowmobiles, ATV and boat can be rented separately. A campfire and grill are available. The large property offers plenty of space for discovery tours in the forest or the paths. For us, it is a wonderful place to find both peace and adventure. Of course, it is possible to see the Northern Lights!

Beautiful villa with lake plot and private jetty

Relax with the whole family or with friends in this peaceful summer idyll. A newly renovated house right by the Indalsälven river. Lake plot with southern location, private jetty, jetty house and wood-fired hot tub. Take an evening dip from the jetty or at the edge of the beach. Or why not stand and fish right at the plot. There is also access to a hot tub on the balcony that is always ready to relax in.
