In winter, it is a stone's throw to the ski slope and access to cross-country ski trails as well as snowmobile trails in absolute proximity. During the summer season, you can hike directly up the mountain. Bydalsfjällen is 20 minutes' drive away with a wide range of activities. After a day of activities, it's nice to relax in the Jacuzzi on the balcony.

Relax and enjoy in the hot tub & sauna after a day in the mountains. Light a fire in the fireplace and cook a good dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Relax in this unique and quiet home located only 15 min from Östersund and 25 min from Åre/Östersund airport. 1h drive to Åre or Bydalen. The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Firewood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Welcome to a relaxing luxurious 100 sqm accommodation on two levels with ski in ski out. It lives 6-8 people cozy and luxurious with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, sauna, quiet hot tub, drying cabinet, washing machine, 2xTV and Wifi. Free parking is just outside the entrance. Shower and toilet are both upstairs and next to the sauna downstairs. In the event that the pool is out of service, no rent reduction will be paid.
