Välkommen till denna nybyggda fjällstuga nära alpina skidbackar, längdspår och vandringsleder. Billaddare finns och Avresestädning ingår i priset. När det finns snö i terrängen är det möjligt att åka skidor till och från backen. Du hittar Storhogna spårcentral precis i närheten. Storhogna är välkänt för sina längdskidåkningsmöjligheter. Skoterleder finns också i området. Sommar, höst och vår, när skidbacken är stängd, finns storslagna naturupplevelser och mängder av aktiviteter i närheten.

Fjällstugan har två lägenheter, höger är bebodd av en barnfamilj, och kan ibland höras igenom. Det är äldre standard men har allt som behövs; kyl/frys, torkskåp, köksredskap, kaffebryggare, TV, wi-fi, 4 sovplatser i säng samt 1 bäddsoffa, toa och dusch med varmvattenberedare. Den hyrs med självhushåll och självstädning och du förväntas lämna den i samma fina skick som du fann den i. Förbrukningsvaror som tvål, diskmedel, toalettpapper samt rengöringmedel finns. Medtag handdukar och sovlakan.

With 10 minutes drive to Östersund(bike 25 min, bus 15 min) is our villa in rural Ås. Åsbygden has a fantastic view of Storsjön and the mountains. Lovely porch with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and spices. Child friendly. In km to swimming area and nice ski tracks in winter. In the basement floor there are two bedrooms(cool hot days) and sauna/relaxation. Access to bike, skateboard, unicycle, canoe, club games, and ping pong table etc. In winter, there are kicks, snowracer and mattress.

Ski In/Ski out in Gräftåvallen's ski system and about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over the hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. Gräftåvallen houses Sweden's largest ski club and next to the cottage there are 45km of prepared ski tracks. The cottage has everything you need for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.

Just meters from the lift to Tegefjäll, connecting to Duved’s slopes or take a short transport route to Åre lift systems and Åre Centrum. In summer, enjoy biking, hiking, fishing in Indalsälven, and multi sports facilities in Duved with indoor golf, padel & tennis. Golf course in Såå is just a few km away, set in a nice mountain landscape.
