In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Modern sports cottage with 6 beds of about 80 sqm with high cozy factor! Built 2014. Nice and quiet location overlooking the valley and ski area. Near the centre of the shell (1.5 km walk). Close to hiking trails and cross-country trails. In winter you can get to and from the ski system via the marked ski trail. For those interested in fishing, it is close to lakes and streams. Short walk, then you slide down on the skis to the Skalspasset/Väst Express lift, to the evening on the skis all the way to the cabin. Free access to a large wood-fired sauna, grill & fireplace. Beautifully located cottage on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountain world, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used in summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.
