The local environment offers many nice excursion opportunities. 3 km to Ski Stadium Bus stop to the city center and airport, etc. 200 meters The dog usually stays in the property.

In a quiet residential area is our house which is great for families with children. The house is located 5 km from Östersund city center, which is easily accessible by bus or car. If you are going to visit the Storsjö Cup, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change is needed. To Östersund Ski Stadium, it takes 9 minutes by car. In the nearby area, there are forests, horse trails and bike paths. Children can play in one of the playgrounds in the nearby area, or on the property where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

In the garden there is a trampoline, playhouse, swing and soccer goal as well as a terrace with dining area and barbecue.

Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

It is about 7 km to the city center from the house (12 minutes by car). Good bus connections are also close to the house (200 meters) and in Torvalla center (1 km). In Torvalla center, there is also the nearest grocery store, Coop Torvalla.
