The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cats have been present in the home.

Free parking, free wifi, 3 different ski lines in the network unit, one called Åre (8 mil), as well as Gräftåvallen and Bydalen (2.8 mil). All three places are quite popular. in the area there is ICA shop, pastry shop, restaurant, tourist office, library, hairdresser, ceramics shop, gift articles, snowmobile association, possibility to fish, hunt, walk in the woods or go cross country skiing etc. Close to air and train station, very good traffic communication. Nice environment and very nice nature experience.

The Stuga is our guest house in the garden, available when it's not to cold. It's a simple little cottage without running water. There is space for 2 guests. One bed on the floor and one bed under the roof. The bathroom is in the main house.
