Herbret and the sauna are a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 m from Lake Åresjön. The sauna is 10 m from the lake, and the ski slope vm8 is 200 m away. There is a bus station 200 m away that takes you to the centre of the village. Otherwise, it's fine to walk about 1.3 km, about a 20-minute walk. SkiStar ski rental is about 500m away. Sheets are NOT included. Two 90 cm beds. Good to know! The train tracks are close by, and there is the sound of trains a few times a day/evenings. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups by the host Fia. She will communicate this with the guest.

Adjacent farm where the animals go outside and graze gives a lovely rural feel. The accommodation is equipped with the usual kitchen equipment as well as a microwave, electric kettle and stove. Heating elements are available. Coffee and tea are included in the price. Camping toilet and outdoor shower are provided in the cabin. Bathroom and toilet can be used when the host is at home. Breakfast basket can be arranged by pre-order at a price of SEK 70/day.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Description: This newly built cottage in Laxviken has three bedrooms and social areas in combination with a kitchen. A conservatory with a glass veranda and a large sun terrace provides another large common space. The cottage is 150 meters next to Hotagen, with its own swimming area and boat that takes you in 5 minutes to the well-known fishing waters of Hotagsströmmen. In winter, you can rent our snowmobiles and use the snowmobile trails outside the node. The cross-country ski trail is right at the door.

The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cats have been present in the home.

You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake and the canoes, and free private sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.

The farm is of a high standard and has a lovely garden that is open for you to enjoy! For the children, there is a trampoline, playhouse and swings to entertain themselves with. Adjacent to the apartment, there is also a sauna and a large hot tub for up to 12 people that can be used for a fee.
