TV, wifi, and fully-equipped kitchen. In the winter, put on your skis outside the door and slide down 40 meters to the seating or cross-country skiing on well-groomed tracks. In summer, roll down bike to the same lift or go on hikes directly from the door or in some of the nearby nature reserves.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
