Apartment in villa. Located in the center of Åre village! Including linen

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on bottom and 140cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years old (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

You will stay close to cross-country skiing tracks, to cycling of various kinds and to alpine skiing . Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in turn-of-the-century apartment. Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available to use. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). In the middle of FUNÄSDALEN overlooking the lake, the mountains and meadows all around. Newly built fresh apartment on the 2nd floor with private entrance and a large balcony in the west with sun all day. Workplace with a height-adjustable desk and fiber plugged in. Sheets and towels are not included. The bed is made when you arrive. Towels and linen dishcloths from Växbolin for the environment! Close to village centre and Funäsdalsberget. Sauna, dishwasher, laundry machine & parking with engine heater. TV is available with Cromecast.

Welcome to Järvsö! We have decorated the apartment with the same lovely feeling as we wish when we go away and want to live really well. With us you stay in a newly produced apartment close to ski and bike lifts (about 200 meters). Outside there are trails and trails for running, cycling and cross-country skiing and a newly built outdoor gym. Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home in beautiful Ottsjö. A cozy newly renovated upstairs apartment (60 sqm) with amazing mountain view! Ottsjö is a mountain village in the middle of the mountain world and close to everything. 2.8 miles to Åre 2 miles to Vålådalen 1 mile to Trillevallen Nice snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks around the corner. There is a dog run and fishing. 300 m to Ica Bua which has everything you need. Close to fantastic swimming. Departure cleaning may be arranged.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
