Here you live in the middle of lush nature, right on top of the water, in peace and quiet. The lake connects with a river to the nature reserve Båven, we provide canoe. Good fishing. The cottage is simple, here it is bohemian life that applies. Back to basics! :) Drinking water provided. Dry toilet with separate available. Outdoor shower for rinsing is available. In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only one hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dog Isa, the Walliska Svartnos sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.
