Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Great excursion destinations around the house. The property also offers plenty of space for families with children. Fallow deer, sheep and rabbits like to be fed by children. Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
