The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Primula is one of the two Friland cottages in Val d'Arzino, where the woods become silent and the peaks light up on clear days. Between walks in the winter-wrapped nature and quiet moments in the warmth of the cottage, you can slow down, take a deep breath and reconnect with yourself, immersed in a simple and rejuvenating environment. La Casa di Ekeko

Immersed in the tranquility of Vivaro, a short walk from the main square, our house offers a serene retreat, where you can relax and recharge. The large, well-kept private garden is ideal for outdoor breakfasts, evenings under the stars, and moments of play for children. The house has a kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, one of which is a double, a master bathroom and a half bathroom.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
