cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. The S-Bahn station is right on the doorstep, providing a 20–25 minute commute to the trade fair (3 trains per hour, running every 20 minutes). Our Fritzla - the former forge of Friedrich Guthmann, was built in 1870 and renovated in 2021 with a lot of love. On the edge of the Danube Ries, in the heart of the Hahnenkamm, is our farmhouse, which accommodates a total of eleven rooms for up to 30 guests.
