Modern retreat in quiet area, close to everything

Our house has been recently renovated and is modern, bright and spacious. Located approx 10 minutes walk from the beach front and a couple of minutes from Whitstable’s cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops. We have curated a homely seaside stay which we want all of our guests to enjoy. In the summer. throw open the double patio doors to the spacious garden and enjoy the terrace with a BBQ and drinks in the sun. Over the colder months the house is especially cosy when the log burner is fired up.

Enjoy a break in our newly refurbished 2 bedroomed Mid Terraced house within a 1 minute walk to our Martello Bay beach in Clacton. Our house is in walking distance to Clacton town for restaurants/cafes/pubs and Pier. 30 mins drive from Colchester & Harwich Ferry Port. The house has 1 DB bedroom, 1 bedroom with adult size bunk beds, kitchen/diner, bathroom, living room with a 55" TV and free Wifi. Fully Electric. Private parking. This beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse has direct sea views and is a 50 second walk to Whitstable beach. This home is located centrally in Whitstable village with close amenities, pubs and restaurants. There is free onsite parking for one car. There are two bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the other has two singles. This is a new home which has been stylishly and professionally designed for your maximum comfort. There is a balcony with sea views and a terrace with outside dining.

Charming cottage just a short walk from the sea

Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

Located in the historic and picturesque Anchorage area of beautiful Mersea Island the house is in a quiet and tranquil lane, with the sea a moments distance away. 50 Yards at the end of the lane turn left for pubs and restaurants and turn right to find the sea wall, with opportunities for bird watching and scenic dog walks. The property sleeps 5/6 people and has an enclosed garden with seating and bbq, there is also a large lockable shed for any outdoor equipment.

Its central location is right at the heart of Whitstable benefiting from its own private parking space. All you have to do is turn up, everything is within walking distance. The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.

Seasalter Cabin is a three double bedroom bungalow by the beach. The house contains two Kings & one double bedroom, bathroom, shower room, utility room and an open planned kitchen, dining & living. There is a large private garden and parking for 4 cars. The space is the ground floor of our home which is situated in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable.

HOPE COTTAGE - contemporary and comfortable

Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.
