The property was completed in 2022 in the village of Sotkamo. Shops and restaurants, a library, a beach and hiking trails are within walking distance. Vuokatti is 7 km away, and it can also be reached by bus. In front of the house, there is a dock where you can swim or paddleboard. You can also go fishing.
