In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The decor is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. Nearby is the Nuclear Water Wonderland, the historic centre of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.
