Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

"Time out from everyday life and to realx are the focus here. Near the Dreisessel Mountain in the southern Bavarian Forest stands the farmhouse built in 1804. It was renovated in 2023 and will be available as a holiday home for couples, families, and vacations with friends starting December 6, 2024. There is a large balcony, a terrace and a big garden. In the beautiful surroundings, you can enjoy wonderful hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, and skiing (Hochficht)."
