Our cozy apartment is located in Mömbris, in the heart of the beautiful Kahlgrund, on the edge of the Spessart Nature Park. Hiking, cycling or mountain biking are right at your doorstep. For swimming, there are several swimming pools or lakes in the vicinity. If you like it quiet, you are also in the right place, because the apartment with ground-level access to the garden is at the end of a dead end road on the outskirts. Business travelers, couples, solo travelers or families can feel comfortable with us.

The holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Ricke" in Krombach is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 128 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

The Kugelberg Apartment is a spacious 95 m² flat located on the edge of Goldbach, separated from Aschaffenburg only by a landscape park (Fasanerie). The accommodation is on the first floor of a two-family house and offers space for up to 5 guests. There are 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The bathroom features a separate shower and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes both a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee maker.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of my house in Hain im Spessart. The house itself is built on a slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 steps. In the house itself, it is then another 15 steps up. The number of guests is limited to 5. If more guests would like to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible that more guests will come. A double air bed can still be set up.
