One bed and a sofa bed can accommodate 2-4 people. Public transport stops around the corner, you can reach the highway in 10 minutes, Frankfurt in 30 minutes, and the airport in 25 minutes.

Unser Haus befindet sich fußläufig (ca. 5 Min) zum Mainzer Hauptbahnhof, zentral aber dennoch ruhig in einer Spielstraße gelegen, mitten im zentralen Szenekiez: der Neustadt. Kein Parkplatz. Die Gästewohnung ist im 3. OG (Dachgeschoss) und besteht aus einem großen Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,40m-breiten Bett und einer Schlafcouch, einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit 1,40m-Bett, einer gemütlichen Küche mit Eßplatz und einem Bad. Wir selbst wohnen mit unseren vier Kindern ebenfalls im Haus.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.
