Splendido appartamento appena ristrutturato, pensato per far sentire a casa chiunque vi soggiorni. La posizione è fortemente strategica: a pochi passi dal centro storico e a 100 metri dalla stazione dei treni (Bologna-Verona). Seppur trovandosi vicino alla stazione la zona è molto tranquilla e ben servita da servizi di ogni genere: bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, gelaterie, supermercati, negozi. Posizione ottimale per: Museo Lamborghini,Bologna,Modena,Ciclovia del Sole,Unipol Arena,Bologna Fiere.

Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.
