This monumental building is located in the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you will taste the authentic atmosphere. There is a traffic-free zone at the door, so there is no inconvenience from passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. Studio with two beds and possibly an extra sleeping place on the sofa bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2-burner induction hob, coffeemaker and kettle. In vakantiehuisje De Gelderland vind je rust, natuur en inspiratie. Landelijk, sfeervol en duurzaam ingericht, met heerlijke bedden van Swiss Sense en prachtig linnen van Yumeko. Wij houden van comfort en gunnen jou dat ook. Je hebt de volledige woning voor jezelf. Boven twee 2-pers slaapkamers. Beneden een ruime woonkeuken (met 2 slaapfauteuils) een badkamer met inloopdouche en een toilet. Buiten een heerlijke lounge hoek en een picknicktafel in onze boomgaard. Pluk gerust wat fruit!

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment you will find all kinds of equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has a private entrance and balcony.

The house is located near the Warnsborn estate, National Park, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and on MTB and cycling routes. The bus stops in front of the house.
