There's an exit from the terrace on the first floor with a view of the water that's 300 meters away. The listing has two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from the city center of Svendborg with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden is fenced off as smaller dogs may be in the garden.

Beautiful and spectacular home with large garden close to Copenhagen. The house is architect-designed and sleeps the big family. Inspired by both Japanese and Scandinavian architecture, stepping into the large villa is a very special experience. The villa is especially suitable for families with children and is only a few minutes walk to the station from where there are trains directly to central Copenhagen every 10 minutes. Country house and yet close to village with Super Brugsen and Netto 🛒 Garden and own grass field 🌾 Fibernet (WIFI)🛜 The house contains entrance hall, 1 room on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with dining area for 9 people and 3 rooms on the 1st floor. A few kilometers away is Bregentved Park where H.C Andersen wrote “The ugly duckling” 📕Gisselfeld park and Hesede forest with the Swedish gorge. The forest tower is about 12 km away 🗼
