Live beyond the ordinary with exclusive decor, and uniquely located on a large natural plot. The villa is from 2022 and includes a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and a game room for children. The garden is 5000m² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Gas grill and pizza oven. 10 minutes to Kerteminde beach and Odense C. Netflix, Disney & Showtime. Caution when using furniture.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Highway to Copenhagen and Roskilde only 3 km. Included electricity, water, heating, towels, bed linen, tea towels. Private garage for the car. Well-functioning central heating system in the home, can be adjusted up and down on the heat pump itself and also on the radiator, lots of nice hot water from the heat pump. Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

The cottage has the perfect location 12 km from Slagelse, and close to the most beautiful sandy beach. Stillinge Strand is the perfect child-friendly beach with fine sand and several activities in the summer months. It is only 250 meters to the beach and 500 meters to both grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. The location is also the perfect starting point for exciting 1-day trips to e.g. Trelleborg Vikingeborg, Slagelse city and others.
