Live beyond the ordinary with exclusive decor, and uniquely located on a large natural plot. The villa is from 2022 and includes a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and a game room for children. The garden is 5000m² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Gas grill and pizza oven. 10 minutes to Kerteminde beach and Odense C. Netflix, Disney & Showtime. Caution when using furniture.

This home is located on a large, undeveloped plot in a quiet neighborhood close to the water, a short distance from the beautiful Roskilde Fjord. You'll love this place because of the natural light, the modern decor, the high ceilings, and the cozy atmosphere. The house is close to the charming town of Roskilde and right by Roskilde Fjord, with only a 30-minute drive to the center of Copenhagen. It's the perfect home for couples, business travelers, and families with children. It is a private home with a personal touch

Luxurious cottage with the most beautiful ocean view

With this refurbished and charming cottage, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus from the house. The wooden terraces around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, water, forest and hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Nice spacious cottage with sea view.

The home is of high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the lovely swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and the beach, which you can reach on a brisk walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside town of Lønstrup to do the day's shopping. There is also a nice selection of restaurants and shops.
