In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lifts Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

This newly built accommodation is located at Sälfjällstorget/Olarsgården with walking distance to the ski lift in Lindvallen (about 8-10 minutes). The property has lovely living areas. Kitchen and living room are open plan and have high ceilings. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy factor. 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and sauna in one. Ski storage with good storage and ski boot heaters. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing/drying machine and drying cabinet. Perfect accommodation for large groups.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The accommodation is only about 250 meters from the new Söderåsen Express lift, which gives you access to the entire lift system in Lindvallen. During the summer season, you have free access to a heated pool and paddle tennis court. In the area there are activities such as cycling, hiking and summer skiing etc.

One of swedens best spots and trails for mountainbike. A lot of fun stuff to do just around the corner. Heated pool in the area. Adventure pool area a few minutes walk away. There are also padel area, high-altitude course, SUP-padling and much more This is a peaceful spot which is supercomfy and luxury. Great for vacation all around the year.

Välkomna till vår byggda fjälllägenhet i markplan 3 rum (4+2 bäddar) i nybyggda Fjällbäcken Lindvallen, pool & padel. området ligger ca 200m från nybyggda liften Söderåsen Express och behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom spa och äventyrsbad. Vårt boende är utrustad med en dubbelsäng på 160cm , våningssäng (120/80 cm) samt en bäddsoffa (153 cm), badrum med tvättmaskin och bastu, samt ett fullt utrustat kök med bla diskmaskin & micro. Torkskåp & tvättmaskin finns.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstå
