In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lifts Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Are you looking for a cozy cottage that has everything you need? Then you found the right place! The cottage is a quarter of a walk from Sälfjällstorget's slopes and restaurants, only 50 m from the ski bus that takes you to and from the slopes. Near the cottage there are cross-country ski trails and a sledding hill. The cottage has 6 comfortable beds spread over three bedrooms. Ski-in Ski-out in Lindvallen - Sälen. Panorama view, Sauna, Wood-burning stove, Fiber, etc. The house (semi-detached house) is located between slopes 35-36 (Hasse & Tomas) at the top of the system, above Sälfjällstorget, where you will find hotel Bugelhof, Kaiser's ski shed, Victor's, Pinchos, Harrys etc. The hall is equipped with ski boot dryer for 10 couples, heat & air. Large and sunny terrace that goes around the house, with striking views and 10-15 meters from the hill 35 (Hasse) and the bike trail. Ski storage and 2 parking spaces.

The accommodation is located above Sälfjällstorget, which offers restaurants, shops and an ice rink.

Top modern Townhouse Lodge with all facilities you need in the Swedish mountain. Beautiful nature just outside with great skiing and hiking possibilities. One of swedens best spots and trails for mountainbike. A lot of fun stuff to do just around the corner. Heated pool in the area. Adventure pool area a few minutes walk away. There are also padel area, high-altitude course, SUP-padling and much more This is a peaceful spot which is supercomfy and luxury. Great for vacation all around the year.

Välkommen till vår lägenhet om 3 rum (4+2) I nybyggda Fjällbäcken I Lindvallen Sälen. Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Accommodation in top condition close to all activities, skiing, restaurants and activities in Lindvallen. Near the house there is a conveyor belt that takes you to the lovely slopes and the newest ski-lift at Söderåstorget and on to all of Lindvallen's slopes! Or a very short cartrip to slopes. You live spaciously for one family, but the accommodation is also very suitable for two families. It is self-catering but all the kitchen utensils you need are available on site. No Pets and non-smoking.

Cozy cabin with sauna (House A) - Lindvallen

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Ski in ski out location with lovely views of the mountains and south-facing balcony. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to cross-country trails, Skistar's summer activities, shops, swimming, spa and several restaurants. The apartment's parking for 2 cars is at the entrance, so you are close to carrying in your luggage. In the public parking lot outside the apartments, there are 20 charging stations (MER) for electric cars.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstå
