The cozy chalet in the spa resort of Wienacht-Tobel, high above Lake Constance, invites you to relax and unwind. It's situated in a peaceful setting and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Glamping Sauna Whirlpool Idyllischer Dome

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Haus Marianne

12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, small terrace with garden access incl. Parking right outside the door. Distance to the lake/landing place about a 12-minute walk, to the train station about a 10-minute walk. Pick-up from the train possible. Bus stop/city bus right outside the door.

Bodensee, Sipplingen

Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Bodensee in Sipplingen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Wasser und am ersten Restaurant. Sipplingen hat eine wunderschöne Strandbar und mehrere Restaurants. Am Wasser gibt es einen SUP Verleih und ein Beachvolleyballfeld. Handtücher, Fön, Bettwäsche, Heißluftfrittöse, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-Gefrierschrank sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Wichtig: absolute Nichtraucher- Wohnung!

The apartment consists of a large living room with a new built-in kitchen. This is spaciously furnished. In this room there is a corner couch, which can be used as a sofa bed, and a dining table. The living room is bright and leads directly to a Mediterranean terrace with seating, sun loungers and a grill. View of the lake and the Alps. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Children are welcome.

Our apartment OASE LEBENSKUNST is quietly, idyllically and yet centrally located with its own garden. We are about 400 meters away from the attractive Lake Constance thermal spa and Westbad, about 500 meters from the Therme train station and about 800 meters from the city center. With us you will find your ideal retreat. On request, we also offer interesting hikes - gladly paired with hiking coaching. We also welcome the LGBTIQ* community

The modern and spacious apartment offers two guests with approx. 110 m² enough space to unwind, read a book, sit in the sun or simply switch off. With direct forest access, lake view and 5 min walk to the lake, the apartment offers pure relaxation. High, large windows bring plenty of daylight into the apartment, the south-facing terrace invites you to linger, the view of the lake, forest and garden brings peace and privacy.
