Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går längs denna väg.

The apartment is part of a townhouse with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of light, and all modern conveniences. It has been newly renovated and features a brand-new kitchen.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
