Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Cute cottage near the beach

The cottage includes two rooms and a small kitchen. The living room has an open plan together with the kitchen, sofa that serves as a sofa bed. Bedroom with two bunk beds, living room with larger divan sofa and TV. Garden furniture and barbecue. The accommodation also has two simpler bicycles, a lady's and a man's model. Bed linens and towels are included. In Gladsax Herrgård there is now the possibility to rent the cozy white guesthouse. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Cozy cottage on a small horse farm

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No transparency inside the cabin. There is salt and pepper in the cottage. Toilet paper for the first evening 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 min by car to Sjöbo.

Our guest house is perfect for one or two people and has all the amenities you need, including a barbecue and infrared sauna. Bed linen and towels are included, and parking is right next door. Rent Stora Skolsalen, a large apartment with 2 bedrooms with room for 5 people with about 4 meters in ceiling height where old meets new and modern. The accommodation includes everything you might need during your stay such as fully equipped kitchen, fresh bathroom, 2 toilets, etc. Access to several common areas with seating areas also direct exit to the garden area.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Njut av en enkel livsstil på en ekologisk cidergård vid Stenshuvud. Havet, himlen och ängen kan du räkna med - rådjuren, fåglarna och humlorna kommer och går. Luta dig tillbaka - du har koll på allt direkt från den generösa sängen. Vagnen har allt du behöver, med pentry, vattentoa, dusch, och en kamin som gör även vintern mysig här. Naturreservatet är ett stenkast bort, och väl tillbaka - kanske en smakprovning med gårdens cider - Österskens Torra?

You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.
