Our house was newly built with Total comfort. Each corner was designed to make you feel really in the sky. The Refuge has 2 large en-suites overlooking the sea and lagoon with balconies (1 en-suite with a whirlpool bathtub); a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen, glass walls and a bamboo structure, with a deck around the entire house.

The house is new, modern, airy, bright, with lots of natural light and a beautiful heated overflow pool, great comfort for spending time on the beautiful Garopaba beach. All furniture, appliances and decoration are new, in the Jardim Panorânico neighborhood, on the coast of Praia do Silveira, 15 minutes walk from the central beach and also Praia do Silveira, and 5 minutes walk to downtown. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for those looking for rest an peace, and at the same time, near of everything.
