Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.

Adoramos Pets, porém não permitimos cachorros de grande porte.

A beach house, with 186 m² of built area. Capacity for 8 people (maximum 10), with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A lounge/dining room paired with a full kitchen. Another living/dining room coupled with an auxiliary kitchen. Large deck with barbecue and sink, benches and hammocks offer a beautiful sea view. All rooms have large openings, all with screens, offering sea views and good ventilation throughout the house. Privileged place just 400m from the sea.
