“The accommodation was the expected according to previously discussed and seen by the website, Luiz Alcides is an excellent person very concerned and willing to care for tourists, very friendly and friendly. Undoubtedly the best thing about the department is the location a few meters from the sea which provides extreme comfort in case one wants to go back to find something that is forgotten or to look for some fresh drink or whatever. Also the provision of two garages for us has been important. Another thing to note is that the three bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the living room and dining room which was very useful because it was very hot. And finally highlight the terrace of huge dimensions that makes you enjoy the outdoors to the fullest, but for those who are not used to being locked in apartments. “Great vacation! Excellent apartment, very complete, with everything working perfectly. Impeccable cleanliness. Highlight for the 03 air conditioning units, giant TV with NETFLIX, 03 extra mattresses, custom furniture, great showers and barbecue on the balcony (even coarse salt and lighter alcohol had a barbecue, lol). Think of any kitchen utensil: there it is! We only missed an oven (electric or gas), but the microwave, the cooktop stove and the air fryer were available and they got the job done! The location is ideal, close to everything. Beach, supermarkets, varied gastronomy, shops and commerce in general, all close by. To forget the car in the garage! The garage is "tight", but it kept our Sedan and met the need. The other car, we left in front of the building, with a view of the balcony. The location was peaceful. (Stay from December 8th to 20th). We don't know Mr. Carlos personally, but Ms. Janaína was always present and gave us all the assistance. And over the phone, both of us answered promptly, with tips, guidance, etc. It is not by chance that they are SUPERHOST! Airbnb needs more hosts at that level! Congratulations... We were very well hosted by 06 people (04 adults and 02 children). I recommend the lodging, SURELY !!!”

“Bruno was very receptive, attentive and helpful from the first moment! We arrived in ITAPEMA at a time not very legal, as an emergency situation had just been decreed in the state of SC in view of the Coronavirus. Even so, from the few moments we stayed there, Bruno helped us with several questions and was very understanding when we decided to cancel the rest of the stay, since we could not enjoy the beach or other sights in the city!
