Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Relax in this unique and peaceful home. We are the last house on the street, and the garden continues into the forest. You can go for walks in the woods. The apartment is on the ground floor on one side of the house, and we live upstairs and are mostly on the other side of the house. The house is large (300 m²), so we don't disturb each other.

A small cozy house that was newly renovated in 2024 with a large lawn and good parking facilities and very quiet and beautiful surroundings.
