Welcome to Fyrrehøjen, a wonderful location in the beautiful Fyrrekvarter in Virklund. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house of 200 sqm. The apartment has a separate entrance. We live in the house on the ground floor, and on a daily basis, the 1st floor is also in use occasionally. From the house, it is 10-minute walk to the forest. 900 meters to Thorsøbadet 300 meters to two good playgrounds. 1.1 km to Brugsen (shopping) and the town's beautiful common park with playground, pump track, fire hut, etc. 5 km to Silkeborg C

The home is an annex in the countryside, where you can enjoy the quiet life. The home can be locked and it has a room with kitchenette, sofa, dining table and double bed. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We live at the end of the street and the garden continues down into the forest. You can go for walks in the woods. You can wake up to birdsong and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You have your own terrace and garden furniture. The apartment is on the ground floor on one side of the house and we live upstairs and are mostly on the other side of the house. The house is large (300 sq. meters), so we do not disturb each other.

Centrally located between Silkeborg, Randers, Viborg and Aarhus. 2.2 km to Ans lake shore where there is the possibility of swimming, sailing and fishing. There are plenty of activities within a few kilometers, including Tange Sø Golf Club, Ans Circle Walk route, a mountain bike ride in the forest, Tange Elmuseet.

A small cozy house that was newly renovated in 2024 with a large lawn and good parking facilities and very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The villa is from 1904 and has been renovated to be bright and welcoming with charming details and delicious materials. From the ground floor there is access to a cozy courtyard with sun and shelter most of the day, an outdoor room for if it rains and a closed backyard with grass and flowers and the very last evening sun.

The house has a warm wood paneling, large windows that let in the light, and a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Something completely unique is Funder Å, which winds below the house, creating an idyllic atmosphere and allowing for nature experiences right outside the door.
