Newly renovated basement apartment with private entrance; perfect for couples and singles! Here is spacious entrance hall, a lovely kitchen with oven, half hot plate with induction, fridge/freezer and regular kitchen items. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

2 room charming and very cozy apartment on the 4th floor in the heart of Aarhus, in the middle of the islands with the most beautiful views of all of Aarhus. Shops, cafes, Botanical Garden, forest and beach in a radius of 500m. In the apartment there is a cozy kitchen-living room and a combined living room/bedroom. The bed is 140cm wide. Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Lovely holiday apartment with opportunity for tranquility and immersion. Located within walking distance to Ballen with good restaurants and with its own path to the beach.
