We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Soak into the beautiful, modernized apartment with antique furniture and decorations. This special mix invites you to feel good! The rustic sauna provides the necessary relaxation and makes you sweat (for an extra charge and in consultation). The beautiful garden with sunny terrace and barbecue facilities can also be used by arrangement. Free parking is available on the street or about 100 meters away in a large parking lot .

Our beautiful apartment is located in a quiet area directly on the Neckar. In addition to a spacious bathroom, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom, the property also offers a large terrace that invites you to linger. The train station is a 14-minute walk away. It is the perfect base for exploring and experiencing the Southern Black Forest Nature Park with its variety of attractions. Beautiful, cozy apartment, just 45 minutes from Lake Constance and the many gorges in the Black Forest. Lake Titisee is only 40 minutes away, while the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, can be reached in 1 hour. Go shopping in Constance on Lake Constance or take bike tours along the Danube. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beach chair lounge in your own garden area. Our grill can also be used on request.

The spacious apartment is located in a quiet detached house and has a 1.30 m bed. Kitchen is fully equipped incl. Refrigerator and dishwasher. In the interior and outdoor area (small terrace) there is a table with two chairs. Bathroom is as new and modern as the rest of the apartment. A TV with Magenta TV (standard channel) and a FireTV stick (own access data is required) is at your disposal.

The fully furnished in-law is very quiet in a residential area. To Rottweil, the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg, it is only 3 kilometers. The Black Forest and Swabian Alb are right at your doorstep. The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you would need for a relaxed stay. A parking space directly at the house is also available.
