Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.

Our apartment is located in Muess, a very quiet southern city part of Schwerin. The city can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The path to Supermarket, Fischerei, Museum is about a 10-minute walk. In 20 minutes walk you are at the most beautiful swimming spots Schwerins: at Reppin or Zippendorfer Strand. The bus stop /highway exit Schwerin is about 10 minutes away.
