Die 98 qm große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt im Hochparterre eines Gründerzeithauses in zentraler Altstadt-Lage. Die 3,70 m hohen Räume sind mit Stuck verziert und das geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Betten (je 125x220cm), das kleinere Schlafzimmer über ein Doppelbett (140x200cm) sowie einen Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch. Im Wohnzimmer oder der geräumigen Wohnküche können gemütliche Zusammenkünfte zelebriert werden. Das Bad verfügt sowohl über eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.
