Thatched cottage with fireplace and right on the water

Thatched roof house by the lake! An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a beautiful landscape, our second vacation home is located on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberg lake landscape in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

A newly built house is featured, set against a clear blue sky. The exterior is constructed with brick, and large windows provide a view into the interior. Nearby trees are partially bare, indicating early spring, and a spacious lawn surrounds the property.

Lakeside house

Our vacation home is located directly on Lake Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It was completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor downstairs, upstairs wooden floor, underfloor heating Functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with a dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The property is over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with a jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

In the yard there is a parking lot for cars. It becomes too tight for larger vehicles. Demmlerstraße is located in the historic old town center. It is only a short walk to Schwerin city or Schwerin Castle (about 15 minutes)
