"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schweriner See is within walking distance and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of a large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f f f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is plenty of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Further mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without fridge) and an electric cooker with oven. The car can be parked in the hotel's own courtyard. The regular bus usually leaves for the city within 12 minutes per hour. Also by bike along the lakes you are in a good 30 minutes in the city center. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought in after consultation and agreement of the landlord.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 2nd floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite its proximity to the center. The renovation was carried out from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they require special ventilation rules that the tenant must adhere to. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a seating area in the garden can be used.
