You are within 20 minutes of sightseeing in Innsbruck, swimming at Lake Achensee, or hiking and skiing in the Zillertal. In addition, you can toboggan on the longest toboggan run in Tyrol to just outside the apartment door, stroll through the old town and much more...

Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
