Our house is located at 1300m near the forest. In winter, the slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
