The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The property is centrally located in the old town. In the house, on the first floor, there is an Italian restaurant, which is open until 10 pm.
