The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

For shopping there are 2 bakeries, a butcher and a supermarket. Europapark Rust can be reached in 25 minutes by car, as well as Strasbourg and the Black Forest. There is a football golf course 2 km away. There is also a swimming lake, several playgrounds and various restaurants.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Our family-friendly apartment can accommodate 4 guests. In the 1st bedroom there is a box spring bed, a wardrobe and a smart TV. The 2nd double bed can be found on our cozy sleeping loft. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.

Offenburg is located in the middle of the Ortenau between Karlsruhe and Freiburg.
