It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

There are good shopping facilities in the nearby supermarket with a bakery (5 minutes), a restaurant (5 minutes walk), bus stop (50m), children's playground in sight. Free parking. There is plenty of free parking around the house.
