Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Thatched, individually and comfortably furnished, listed holiday home. Ideal for couples!The house on the dike is located directly on the beautiful Weser beach opposite "Harriersand," the longest river island in Europe. This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

Surrounded by meadows with grazing cows, our holiday home, which was renovated in 2018 and used to be a small farm, is located in the countryside. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

Cozy "Fehnhäuschen" in Störtebeker Land

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Farmhouse right on the North Sea - dogs welcome

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß, unten wohne ich und mein Partner. Das Bad ist mit Sauna und asiatisch angehaucht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Nur 1 km ist der erste/zweite Supermarkt entfernt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.

The holiday home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two car parking spaces are located directly in front of the door. Linens and towels are included. Attractions, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. It is about 12 km to the North Sea coast, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Frisia and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.
