Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Unser Tiny House im Gemüsegarten ist voll ausgestattet mit Trockentoilette, Dusche und Küchenzeile. Der Wagen steht in der Mitte des Bio-Gemüsebaubetriebs "Gartenfreuden". Hier können sie den Charme des Landlebens genießen. Es gibt zwar einen eigenen Bereich zum Sitzen und entspannen, sie können sich aber auch im Baumhaus breit machen. Von hier aus erkunden sie den Spreewald mit dem Fahrrad oder die Calauer Schweiz zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof Calau befindet sich ca. 2,5km entfernt.

In the spa and recreational resort Lübben (Spreewald), your spacious, private accommodation is located 3km from the centre of Lübben! The apartment is carefully maintained and kept clean by us. A relaxing sleep is guaranteed in the cozy king-size bed with ambilight. In addition, a pull-out sofa bed and a single bed can accommodate up to 5 people, if it can be adventurous. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Nearby is the Scharmützelsee and 30 minutes away by car you can reach the only tropical leisure paradise under roof in Germany's "Tropical Island". The Spreewald is also a popular day trip.Berlin is only 70km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are both 20 km away.
