Sensational location: Right next to the city ponds. Central but quiet on a former bastion of the Swedish era. Old town view. Apartment on the second floor of the newly built remise. Large, fenced park property together with the owner's house. Approximately 50 square meter apartment with living-kitchen area, bedroom, shower room and storage room. Open, white glazed roof truss and oak parquet. Water view from every room! Private parking space. Large terrace area for sunbathing or dining.

Stylish and cozy

With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It spans two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, a low living room, and two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple. We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
