Unser schöner Raum freut sich auf Dich. Ausgestattet für 1 bis 2 Personen haben wir alles was du für einen angenehmen Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin brauchst. Wir sind im nördlichen Teil von Mitte, in 10 Minuten bist du mit der U-Bahn direkt im Herzen von Berlin z.b. an der Friedrichstraße oder im Tegeler Forst. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Plötzensee zum spazieren / baden. Wir haben einen Schlafraum mit einem großen Tisch mit Weitblick, ein Bad, W-Lan, einen Lananschluss und einen Kaffeevollautomaten.

The world-famous Museum Island, the Cathedral and the Reichstag are all within walking distance. Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. Sunny refurbished apartment in the heart of Berlin. The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.
